The tuning of commercial vehicles can provide huge amounts of additional power & torque with greatly improved drivability and pulling power, while also feeling smoother with better mid-range acceleration and of course less frequent gear changes, all of which alone can be a very attractive prospect but the real bonus of having a HGV ECU remap is the massive savings to be enjoyed by the reduced fuel consumption. Typical fuel savings are in the region of 15-20% or plus 1-1.5 MPG.
